Our Mission is to bring this amazing practice of yoga to our beloved community, using the highest quality instructors and offering a wide variety of classes to accommodate the diverse needs of our growing community. Through our class offerings, workshops and teacher trainings, we seek to help our students develop not only physical strength and ease, but clarity of mind and a joyous spirit. Additionally, we strive to hold a safe space where people feel free to explore, learn, laugh, and grow.

At Sanctuary Yoga Studio, we offer accessible yoga for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. We recognize that yoga isn’t a one-size-fits-all practice. We continually encourage our students to trust that they are their own best teachers and explore what works for them in each and every pose.

Our boutique studio offers a welcoming and inclusive environment with a maximum class size of 14 students. We offer a variety of yoga instruction for EVERYONE. Classes are all-levels accessible to all bodies at all ages, sizes, gender, and any level of health. Our passion is sharing the slower forms of yoga with students, including gentle, yin, restorative, and chair yoga but we also offer faster paced classes like yoga flow for those who desire more movement. In addition, we offer virtual classes for those who wish to be in community but from the safety of their own home.

Our certified and gifted teachers have been selected for their experience and knowledge, as well as their commitment to being both teachers and students of yoga. We are committed to teaching accessible, all-inclusive yoga while honoring the roots of this ancient practice.

The founder of Sanctuary Yoga firmly believes that yoga is the change maker the world needs now. This ancient spiritual practice is one that allows space for everyone to connect intimately to the Self through inquiry, discovery and exploration of the body-mind-breath-spirit connection, simply BE(ING).
