Renegade Yoga Center (RYC) is Knoxville’s premier studio for yogis of every size, shape, and orientation. Our facility hosts the largest practice space in the area, with padded Zebra mat flooring that is easy on your knees and joints. Plenty of open air and natural light adds to the depth of practice in our space. At RYC, we believe yoga is about more than fitness, it’s a means to come to know yourself and the universe you reside in more fully. As such, we see yoga as something we want to make available to all. We offer multiple weekly PWYC (Pay What You Can) classes to ensure that everyone has access to our unique wellness community.

If you’re looking to heal an injury or trauma related stress through movement, or to find a connection to your deeper self, we offer a full slate of classes 7 days a week led by our experienced team of teachers. If you need to release stress and tension, a relaxing therapeutic massage from one of our licensed massage therapists will do the trick. If you’re looking to learn more about the history, philosophy, and physiology of yoga, Renegade Yoga Institute is a Yoga Alliance accredited teaching facility.
