What are you most excited about for this year’s festival ?

The workshops, live music, pool parties and the amazing community.

What is unique/special about the festival location?

It’s a stunning private venue only 2 hours north of the Bay Area surrounded by rolling hills and a sweet refreshing rippling creek.

Is there a theme to this year’s festival?

It’s our 10 year anniversary celebration and our call to action is Play with a Purpose!

The theme of our issue is “celebrating age.” If you could share a message or piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be? 

Be kind to yourself, even when you stumble, and remember aging isn’t about losing something but about becoming more fully you. Appreciate where you are every step of the way!

What are you most excited about for this year’s festival ?
Our sound healing sessions and all sessions with DJ’s, sound-off experiences, or live musicians!

What is unique/special about the festival location?
There is nothing more inspiring that feeling the power of nature all around you in the San Juans and Telluride.

Is there a theme to this year’s festival?
This year, we’ll be exploring “The Art of Living,” cultivating joy, creativity, and a playful spirit in our daily lives, while exploring the beautiful intersection of yoga and nature.

Be bold, be proud, take risks and remember…life keeps getting more complicated…do it now!
