Lauren stumbled into a yoga teacher training program over 15 years ago, in an effort to better curb her own anxiety and fear of public speaking before starting law school. A few weeks into her 1L year, she picked up a weekly yoga class to help pay for her caffeine habit; she’s been (mostly) joyfully juggling her legal and wellness careers ever since.
