Move out of winter and Spring into Vitality with Kate Durand and Sheri Celentano in Southern California. The Ojas Retreat Center in the Santa Ana Mountains neighbors the Santa Rosa Plateau and Ecological Reserve. Over the course of our 4 night stay we will have the opportunity to practice 2 yoga classes daily as well as hike, go on an herbaculture walk, practice meditation and breathwork, relax, eat healthy food and reconnect to our vitality.
