Crystal is a teacher of spirituality, meditation, and yoga (E-RYT 500). She is a subtle energy activist, a reiki master, author of Yoga Beyond the Physical, and co-founder of the Teton Yoga Festival. She has been teaching, guiding, mentoring, and coaching students for over a decade.

Dedicated to enhancing and enriching the lives of others through soul level experiences, Crystal’s life’s work is to bring people together to experience the frequencies of love, light and truth, facilitating the expansiveness of and alignment with one’s soul. Born and raised in Detroit, MI Charity Tyus, (yoga teacher & wellness coach) started her yoga journey 14 years ago while pregnant with her second child. Through the practice of yoga she gained an awareness of mindful action and developed the tools to find peace amongst chaos on and off the mat. Understanding the benefit of this knowledge led to the creation of Hustle and Yoga Flow, which concentrates on mindful movement through yoga, meditation and bodywork for those that are always on the go with an emphasis on community. This practice has incorporated wellness programs for professional fighters, student athletes, seniors, emergency responders, children and more.
