YOGA FARM ITHACA IS A NONPROFIT CENTER FOR CONNECTION, HEALING AND EDUCATION

OUR MISSION
is to break down the financial and cultural barriers to healing practices, while creating inclusive, diverse, safe spaces for healing and personal growth through all 8 Limbs of Yoga.

THE VISION
is to build sustainable, trauma-informed online and in person community hubs, where members gather to cultivate spiritual well-being and engage in lifelong learning while centering decolonial practices within personal growth.

OUR HOW
Using transformational holistic programming and curriculum we provide practical tools for mental and physical health. We work to eliminate the barriers preventing access to healing practices. We actively engage to ensure students feel welcome to show up as they are in our schools, online communities and events. We empower individuals to create a life of fulfillment as they grow both personally and professionally in our programs.
