SWFL Wellness Week is February 4-11th , 2024 💚 Get your early bird ticket until October 8th. There is also a limited amount of VIP options. There will be an array of wellness activities such as different yoga classes indoor and outdoor, yoga nidra, meditation, soundbaths, gongbaths, workshops, art classes, kids yoga, prenatal, Ayurvedic, facials, massage and much more! Your ticket is for the wellness week and will allow you to book what you’d like to attend all week long!  You will get to enjoy a whole week of self care at SWFL Wellness Week 🙌
