Feel free to support as many of our Sun Salutes as you want to support the continued work of Three and Half Acres Yoga (THAY). \nTHAY is a nonprofit organization that broadens access to yoga\, breathing\, and mindfulness techniques\, focusing on communities that have experienced trauma. \nTo continue to sustain our programs\, we’re hosting a virtual yoga event via Zoom on Sunday\, April 24th\, 2022 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST. \n108 Sun Salutations – 9 experienced yoga teachers\, each one teaching 12 Sun Salutations until we reach a total of 108. Teacher line-up will be available shortly. Join us in as many Sun Salutations as you want and help us welcome spring! \nWe’re excited to invite our supporters\, our entire junior and senior board members\, and more to participate in this fun online event.
