I wanted our local community to have access to those experiences right here in our beautiful mountains of NH! \nWhat makes your festival unique?\nThis is New Hampshire’s first yoga festival! Never before has our neck of the woods had an event to come together\, strengthen\, and celebrate the yoga community\, healing arts\, and collective well-being. This will be a first of hopefully many for years to come as we all learn and grow together. \nWhat offering/presenter or class are you most excited about for this year’s event?\nI can’t pick just one\, I’m so excited for everyone that will be presenting! Which is why we have a panel discussion with a handful of presenters on Saturday at 12:30pm. I will moderate the group as each presenter shares their own accounts of how yoga has benefited their mental health and wellbeing.
